Based on my inability to eat approximately the same amount of calories per day. I have re-checked the number of calories I should be eating to lose weight. I wasn’t as far off today as I’d thought though I still ate too much. And with Thanksgiving around the corner that should be a mouth! (sarcasm)I can do it. I just have to try harder. But I am finding that I am afraid to do too much because I don’t want to gain approve the weight. I do and always have taken several multi supplements…NOT a multi-vitamin.
